Rotary Full Stroke Pneumatic Laser Chuck for Pipe Cutting Machine

1. Description

    

Our company is a professional manufacturer of producing chucks for CNC lathe and laser cutting machine.

Various kinds of laser chucks are provided. We provide laser chucks for many well-known laser cutting machines at home and abroad. Our products are also welcomed by many customers.

 

This model laser chuck is designed for laser pipe cutting equipment, four jaw full stroke main chuck. The chuck itself can be operated as an independent rotating spindle. After the product base is fixed, it only needs to connect the supporting motor and gear, and then connect the compressed air source (0.3-0.9mpa) to clamp the workpiece and drive the workpiece to rotate. Chuck full stroke operation, no need to adjust the position of the four jaws. The chuck adopts a fully enclosed structure with cross roller bearings. Compared with similar products on the market, the chuck has higher rotation accuracy and repetition accuracy, as well as higher gripping force.

 

The products can be widely used in pipe cutting systems such as special laser pipe cutting machines.
