BMT Series 90 Degree Driven Tool Holder
Functional description: BMT40/90/ER25 power tool holder solves the process requirements of drilling, tapping, chamfering, milling and other processing on the end face of the workpiece. The front and rear design of the spindle uses an imported high-precision tapered roller bearing combination structure, the bearing clearance is zero, and it is equipped with a spiral bevel gear. The surface of the special gear has been specially treated to a hardness of more than HV1000, and the end face seal method is adopted, and the built-in circulating water cooling. It has the advantages of gear material, large cutting capacity, fast cutting speed, no vibration, long tool life, high precision and surface finish.
Note: When loading and unloading the tool, it must be locked or disassembled at the turret station and two C-shaped wrenches must be used. One wrench must not be used for disassembly or knocking at the turret station, otherwise the gears and transmission connecting sleeves inside the power tool holder or the components inside the turret will be damaged.
